Philip Cooper has joined eSolve Partners

We are pleased to announce that Philip Cooper has joined eSolve Partners. Phil brings over 18 years experience in the financial services industry and will be joining Mark Harris and Peter Pollak in the Financial Division. Phil’s area of expertise is working with high growth companies and their investors to enable their ventures to reach their potential.  Seven years in corporate finance and M&A with Morgan Stanley and Deutsche Bank before focusing on the European high growth venture sector, Phil has led or advised on a number of transactions for TMT ventures.
